WD6T Dave - David A. Jaffe is an avid contester. First licensed at age 12 in 1967 as WN2BHJ, his first contest was the NJ QSO Party.
He frequently operates at N6RO and other major contest stations. Recent contest expeditions included 3B8M (2023 CQ WW CW), and P40L (2024 WPX CW), where the team won Multi-Single Low Power. He was president of the Northern California Contest Club from 2020-2023.
His non-radio life includes composing contemporary classical music (jaffe.com) and audio/music software engineering.
